Aktau Hotel - Aktau (Mangystau)

The junior suite was brand-new, included a balcony, a closet space, and a kettle. The staff were amicable and excellent and the location was good convenient to the tourist attractions. I had some drinks at The Lord High Admiral, positioned 500 metres away.

The hotel is situated very close to popular tourist attractions, the promenade, and the Guns & Roses pub, making it easy to explore the area. Our single room included climate control, a TV set, and a kettle, which added to our comfort. the location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center and only about 1km from the sea. the Karst Gallery is nearby, providing even more options for sightseeing.

had a real good time. came here for 1 day, the hotel was cheerful, it had nice location just next door to cultural center and library, several shops and public transportation stops and the coast. the property's staff was very very helpful.

We appreciated this place. Travelled with our girlfriend, spent 1 night here and had a really good stay. The twin room had all necessary amenities.

The bedroom here was cozy and well-organized. the location is excellent, just off the main road and super easy to get to. Plus, it's close to the city center! 😊.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, overlooking a large square and directly across the street from a cultural center and library. It is also in the city center, about 1km from the sea. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the TV, kettle, bed, and wardrobe with a desktop, were all in good condition. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, really close to the beach and shopping center. The sea view from my balcony was amazing, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff in the reception were friendly and helpful, and they helped me with my transfer to the airport.

Some of the staff members did not speak English very well, which made communication difficult at times. , some of the rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation.

I was really surprised by the helpfulness and honesty of the cleaning person at the Aktau Hotel. I accidentally left my chargers and cords in the room, and she not only informed the front desk about it, but also brought them down to me. She even refused a tip, a gesture that really impressed me. The front desk staff were also friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even arranging a taxi for me in advance. I appreciated that there was always someone who spoke English at the front desk. The rooms at the hotel were unique and charming, each with its own decorations and light fixtures. I especially loved the balcony and the high-pressure hot water shower. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to local stores, a grocery store, and travel agencies. I had a great experience at the Aktau Hotel and would highly recommend it.
